                         HATS HAVE NEVER BEEN COOLER

The scope of this project was to create a product that was easy, but very clever at the same time. Me, Makenna, Ian, and Samantha were all sitting in the animation room thinking of what we could possibly make. We were running out of ideas when Ian came in and told us about how he always had headaches when he was a little kid. We were wanting something that would solve a problem and that is how the Cool Cap started!

We wanted to stop headaches but look cool while relieving a headache. Along the way, I learned many new ways to meet new people and new ideas I thought I never had. I met new people with different personalities and worked great together.  Things I would do differently are working on the Ad longer and cleaning up the video. There were parts in both the ad and video that I could've cleaned up more. But in general I would've kept the idea because it is such a great idea and you can do so much with it.

Calm and Collected
For the logo I helped out with the color scheme. I felt like the logo and the colors for it were the most important because they speak for the logo. It tells the audience how they feel towards the colors and product. We started out with a blue and we wanted a vibrant color to catch more of the younger audiences' attention. Blue symbolizes a calming sense and relaxation. And that's exactly what the Cool Cap does is provide relaxation when you have a headache. For our other color, we chose green because it symbolizes health and well being. We felt like both the green and blue had a great contrast but also came together great.

Every kind of Hat for you
For the animation, this wasn't my strongest suit but I worked hard with the group and contributed to the groups work. I helped pick out hats to go in the animation because we wanted to show you the variety of hats Cool Cap offers. We wanted to show the audience that we have any hat that suits them! For the small price of $35.99 you get any hat you want with cooling technology to relieve that headache.

Bringing Vogue to Cool Cap
For the ad I wanted it to be different than most ads. I wanted to ad a slick, and classy look. Just like Vogue, I had the huge title at the top. For the main picture, I wanted a picture you can't find anywhere else. It was black and white and had a guy with a hat on. It created a very top notch look and really just finished the product off. It showed that anyone can look classy in their
Cool Cap.
Personalities and Production
With our personalities we somehow worked together.  With having only one extrovert in the group, she became the sort of leader. All the rest of the introverts we listened and contributed our part and we got along great. Throughout the process of making Cool Cap I made new, lifelong friends. We had a great time making the product and we put lots of hard work and passion and that's what made the product the way it is today! When we finally decided to make this product we all made up a list of what every person was gonna do. We all hard our own parts to do and we never interfered on anything and got the job done!

Remaining Efficient and Fashionable
For the video, I wanted Ian to be the main actor because he has a great personality and really grasps the humor to the audience. I really worked hard on making sure the audience doesn't get bored. We tried to make the video relate to the audience so the audience will feel the same problem and go out and buy the Cool Cap.  The video consists of Ian having the same problems and all about the product and why you should buy it.
